I recently purchased new tires from Tire Rack and needed to have them mounted an set-up for my Mercedes E350.
I chose Ace Tire because they they were a local installer AND because they had high-end wheel balance and alignment hardware (Hunter).. When I visited Ace Tire for the first time I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Service Advisor, Michael Farka. I was also impressed with the neat and professional appearance of the shop. Ace Tire installed my new tires on new wheels with new TPMS valves and mew center caps. Most of the installation went smoothly. They were able to resolve a small problem setting-up the new TPMS valves with my Mercedes E350 due to the complexity of Mercedes electronics. A senior technician, Jesse, did a great job researching and resolving the problem.
Ace Tire checked the alignment before the tires and wheels were changed and after the new tires and wheels were installed. The emailed me the before and after information that clearly showed the car did not need to be realigned. I was not charged for unneeded service. This action demonstrates professionalism and trustworthiness.
Ace Tire performed the services that I requested correctly the first time. Communication via email, phone and in-person was excellent. The invoice clearly summarized the services performed and the resources used. Overall, the prices were fair and reasonable. My compliments to the Michel Farka, the service advisor, who managed and coordinated the overall process. I also appreciated that I was dealing with a locally owned and operated business.
I have high standards for a shop to work on my car; Ace Tire met and exceeded them on many levels. I will use them in the future for all of my family's vehicles. Highest recommendation - 1 months ago

The service is impeccable. I was able to make an appointment for the exact day I wanted. Kyle was communicative about what was going on with car all day and had it ready before the time I requested. Additionally, Kyle let me know what upcoming services might be required and how much the service would be. I trust the workmanship as my car (with over 100,000 miles) runs beautifully and never has any problems in between services. And as an aside, the office is pleasant place to relax if you are going to wait for your car. - 1 months ago

Ace Tire is, as usual, the best. I have been going here for a few years and they do quality work in fast time. No matter the size of the job, they still treat you with courtesy and attention to detail. They actually care about you and your vehicle, and will give you solid advice and great treatment, unlike another place whose name rhymes with (clown fair tire).- 2 months ago
